I had the pleasure of meeting Paola and Lino of Majellacase in Abruzzo.
I have had contact with many real estate agents in Italy. Usually I make contact from Australia so it is a little daunting to say the least, but what I found with Paola was that she would always return emails timely, would always be eager to get any information you needed, and basically, made it a pleasure to look for property on the other side of the planet. Trust was paramount to me, and after many emails, a trip, and much searching we finally made the purchase that we have been looking for, for over twenty years. I can highly recommend Paola and Lino, for their enthusiasm, honesty, and willingness to work with foreigners that can sometimes to difficult to deal with.
