In the historic center of Belmonte del Sannio (IS) we sell a portion of buildings from ground to sky. The construction of the building dates back to the ‘40s. The dwelling belongs to a row building. Its historical origin dates back to the time of the Samnites, and it has numerous churches and an ancient Lombard tower from the 9th century. In the center of the town are all essential services in addition to those found in the nearby town of Agnone, from which it is about a 10-minute drive (6 km).
