Self contained property in the historic centre

 In the historic centre of Agnone (IS) we sell a portion of the building from sky to ground, partially to renovate. The building rises on three floors for a comprehensive surface of about 100 sqm. On the ground floor cellar rooms, with an access staircase that leads to the first floor where we find a kitchen, a bathroom and a living room. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with a small staircase that leads to a small terrace with a view of the town and surrounding mountains. The finishing materials that are inside are of the ancient construction, with stairs and floors also in local stone. The rooms are spacious and luminous. The rooms have to be finished with small interventions, but we have the possibility of supplying local technicians and craftsmen for the work that were to need it  

Among the mountains, lakes, hills and sea of the splendid land of Molise, Agnone is one of the most interesting cities. Its history dates back to the 4th century BC, from the battles with the Romans, to the cradle of the civilization of the Samnites, of which evident archaeological traces are preserved. It boasts numerous churches in different architectural styles, an interesting historic center and is known for the manufacture of bells. Its modern center houses the hospital and all the necessary services. It is 100 km from Pescara airport, 70 km from the sea and 20 km from the ski resorts.
