SMALL RESIDENCE IN NATURE

In the countryside of Belmonte del Sannio (IS) in the unpolluted nature we sell a portion of a completely detached building elevated to a single floor with cellar underneath.  The house extends for about 50 sqm and has an access in ancient bricks with a small hallway, a living room/kitchen with fireplace, a bedroom and a bathroom.  Underneath we find an ancient cellar with cross vaults with a surface of about 15 sqm.  It enjoys a nice landscape towards the mountains.  To complete the property possibly we sell a land in front mostly flat, for an extension of about 17.000 sqm mostly used for arable land and coppice at an additional price of €12,500. Belmonte del Sannio (IS) is situated on a hill that rises on the right slope of the upper valley of the Sente stream, a tributary of the Trigno River, and is a village at the extreme border of the province of Isernia toward Abruzzo, with which it is connected by one of the highest bridges in Europe. Its historical origin dates back to the time of the Samnites, and it has numerous churches and an ancient Lombard tower from the 9th century. In the center of the town are all essential services in addition to those found in the nearby town of Agnone, from which it is about a 10-minute drive (6 km).
