In the historic centre of the beautiful medieval town of Collepietro, located on a rock in dominant position 850 masl, with its houses built on the ancient walls, considered doorway to both the Majella and the Gran Sasso, we have a detached house in great static conditions and with recently renovated roof. The property is on three levels. On the ground floor there's a cellar with independent access, on the first floor accessible through an external staircase there's a kitchen and a dining room and on the second floor accessed by a spiral staircase two bedrooms and a bathroom. The village, land of pastoralism and transhumance, produces great pecorino cheese, saffron, called "Abruzzo's gold", and great Montepulciano Wine.
