Ancient stone house

There is also a small dependance in stone that can be renovated or rebuilt.

The house has to be completely renovated, or eventually to demolish and rebuild, reusing the original materials constituted by stones, bricks and ancient tiles.

By eliminating the plaster, as it is possible to see from the photos, it is possible to show back the facades with exposed stones.

The house is located on a hill only 10 minutes from the Pescara-Roma highway and enjoys a magnificent panorama of the Majella and the Gran Sasso mountains.

The house is surrounded by 6,600 sqm of land with olive and fruit trees.
